Claude plugin
Connect Claude Desktop to Adaption with MCP tools and skills for dataset and model-training workflows.
The Adaption plugin for Claude Desktop connects the Adaption MCP server and adds workflow skills for datasets, synthetic data generation, and AutoScientist.
The plugin supports Claude Desktop on macOS and Windows.
Install the plugin
Section titled “Install the plugin”- Download
adaption.mcpbfrom the Adaption Claude plugin releases. - Open the downloaded file to install it in Claude Desktop.
- When prompted, enter your Adaption API key.
Verify the connection
Section titled “Verify the connection”Restart Claude Desktop if prompted, then ask:
List my Adaption datasets.
Claude should use list_datasets from the Adaption MCP server.
What the plugin adds
Section titled “What the plugin adds”The plugin configures the hosted MCP connection and includes three skills:
adaption-dataset— Guides dataset import, adaptation, augmentation, translation, localization, combination, and export workflows.adaption-invent— Guides synthetic dataset generation from natural-language requirements.adaption-training— Guides AutoScientist model selection, hyperparameter recommendations, training, and monitoring.
